• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards in alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Work with developers, business users, IT, and vendors to improve performance and data health.
• Support planning and implementation of governance policies to align with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in incident, change, and service management within IT governance scope.

Responsibilities

• Ensure environments are managed to meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate IT controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Monitor governance processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Identify and recommend process enhancements with technical and business leads.
• Report barriers in incidents and service requests and address root causes.
• Coordinate incident response activities with stakeholders.
