Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is looking for an Analyst, IT Governance to join our team. This role develops and maintains IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards in alignment with ITIL best practices and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with developers, business users, internal IT, and vendors to improve performance and data health, and participate in planning and implementing governance controls across systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• 1–3 years IT or computer science experience.
• After hours support is required.
• Experience leading a team of analysts recommended.

Responsibilities

• Ensure environments meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk and compliance.
• Monitor governance processes and recommend improvements.
• Lead incident and change management reviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on incidents and outages.
• Support compliance program objectives.
