Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst, IT Governance to join our team. You will develop and maintain IT policies and standards aligned with ITIL and industry best practices, collaborating with developers, business users, IT, and vendors to optimize services and data health.

The role involves planning and implementing governance controls, overseeing incident management and change activities, and providing after-hours support when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• ITIL certification preferred; knowledge of IT governance frameworks.
• 1–3 years IT or CS experience with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to lead analysts and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Experience with business process mapping and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT environments are managed to meet SLAs.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk mitigation and compliance.
• Monitor governance processes and recommend improvements.
• Identify and resolve recurring problems with stakeholders.
• Coordinate incident response and change management activities.
• Lead Major Incident Management processes and communications.
• Provide after-hours support for outages.
