Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in the field of computer science or equivalent work experience required.
• ITIL Certification preferred.
• Experience in information technology or computer science (1–3 years).
• After hours support is required.
• Experience leading a team of analysts managing an Enterprise Service Suite.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworks.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure environments are managed to meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk mitigation and compliance (access/change/incident/service management).
• Monitor IT governance processes and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Identify process improvements with technical and business leads.
• Report barriers to incident/change management resolutions.
• Participate in incident response and corrective-action reviews.
• Assess impact of changes on governance policies and controls.
• Develop and communicate Major Incident Management processes.
