Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT operations, infrastructure support, field services, or a related technical role.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and participate in on-call rotations.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, server, network, wireless, and connectivity issues.
• Ability to pass state cannabis licensing requirements, including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user hardware and software across multiple locations.
• Maintain Dell server environments, Windows Server, Meraki/Fortinet networking gear, and IoT devices.
• Monitor incidents via Freshservice and SolarWinds; escalate when needed.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, site openings, and technology deployments.
