Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking an entry-level IT support technician to troubleshoot, install, and maintain end-user hardware and IT systems across our cannabis manufacturing and retail operations. The role supports servers, network equipment, and manufacturing IoT devices while monitoring alerts through our ticketing and monitoring tools.

Candidates should have a high school diploma; IT training or an IT degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Up to two years of IT support experience or related training.
