Green Thumb Industries is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to support and maintain end-user devices and core IT infrastructure across multiple sites. This mid-level role builds on Associate level responsibilities, taking ownership of systems and resolving more complex incidents.

Travel up to 40% is required, including after-hours on-call rotations; this remote role supports sites nationwide and requires strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with engineers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, field services, systems administration, or a related technical role.
• Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations and travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• End-User Hardware and Application Support: troubleshoot, install, configure, repair, and maintain PCs, PoS systems, printers, iPads, VoIP phones, and related devices.
• Technology Infrastructure Support: support Dell/Nutanix server environments, Windows Server 2016/2019, Meraki/Fortinet devices, IoT equipment, network and wireless infrastructure.
• Incident and Service Management: monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests using Freshservice and SolarWinds; escalate when needed.
• Project and Site Support: assist in upgrades, site openings, remodels, and deployments; communicate risks and status to leads.
• Documentation, Standards, and Team Development: create docs and follow security/change control standards; share knowledge.
