Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth and close prospective students.
• Maintain high-volume outreach and advance candidates through funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Deliver engaging in-person and camera-on consultations.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones including funding.
• Collaborate across teams to support retention and starts.
