Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-volume daily activity with strong pipeline velocity.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), video tools, and dashboards.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills, with high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating value of IT training and delivering compelling presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to advance candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct engaging in-person or camera-on consultations to build trust and motivation.
• Guide candidates through enrollment milestones including readiness, funding, and onboarding.
