You will conduct consultative consultations, present programs, manage funding documentation, and support onboarding. A strong sales background and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in target-driven sales environments.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, video tools, and sales dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the value of tech education.
• Maintain high-volume outbound activity to move candidates through the funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide qualified candidates through all enrollment milestones, from consultation to onboarding.
• Deliver engaging video consultations to build trust and motivation.
• Collaborate across teams to boost student retention and starts.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
