In a remote, performance-driven role, you will engage candidates, present programs, handle financial documentation, and guide applicants through onboarding. You will manage a high-volume pipeline, aim for enrollment targets, and collaborate across teams to support retention and starts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated sales success in target-driven environments.
• High-volume activity discipline with pipeline velocity experience.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), video presentation tools, and sales dashboards.
• Strong presentation and active-listening skills with emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Drive consultative pipeline growth by articulating the life-changing value of tech training and delivering compelling presentations.
• Maintain high-volume outreach to actively advance candidates through the sales funnel.
• Exceed enrollment targets, conversion velocity, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate grit by maintaining energy and reframing objections into motivation.
• Guide qualified candidates through enrollment milestones, including readiness assessments and funding documentation.
• Deliver engaging video consultations to build trust and motivate starts.
• Champion student retention and starts by collaborating across teams.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and perform additional duties as assigned.
