Job summary

NAVA Software solutions is seeking an IT Change Management Analyst to oversee change planning, approval, and execution within IT operations. The role is remote and part of a 12-month contract, with a weekend and evenings rotation to cover maintenance windows.

Responsibilities include evaluating change requests for software and infrastructure, documenting testing results, implementation and back-out plans, and ensuring service windows and SLAs are followed with proper escalation during production

Qualifications

• Evaluate IT change requests for software and infrastructure changes.
• Document testing results, implementation plans, and back-out plans.
• Ensure service windows, outages, and SLAs are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• IT Change Management ensures standardized methods and procedures during planning, approval, and implementation of IT changes to control risk and minimize service disruption.
• Evaluate change requests for IT software and infrastructure production changes and make recommendations (approve/deny/modify) based on policy, risk, readiness, and data completeness.
• Ensure scheduled service windows, outages, and SLAs adhered to; provide oversight during production change windows.
