KBR's National Security Solutions team seeks a Change Control Specialist to govern ITSM change processes across enterprise systems and TRMC test environments. This remote role requires coordinating RFCs, risk mitigation, and audit-ready change records with ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.

You will partner with Service Desk teams, maintain FSC, dashboards, and SOPs, and lead CAB discussions to ensure compliant, timely changes across distributed engineering groups.

Formación

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
• Residence in CONUS with secure home office.
• 5+ years in ITSM focused on Change Control/Management.
• Hands-on IT Service Desk operations, ticket triage, and incident lifecycle management.
• Lead CAB discussions and enforce change discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Change Governance and CAB/ECAB meetings across time zones.
• Manage ITSM workflows and dashboards in ServiceNow and Jira.
• Coordinate cross-platform ticket links and publish SOPs and KB articles.
