Job summary

Senior IT Change Coordinator - Network Services is sought to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role coordinates complex technology changes across network services and related infrastructure, ensuring change activity is executed with discipline, control, and minimal operational disruption.

You will work with technical SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to assess risk and apply appropriate rigor based on change complexity and business impact. Location: Remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and experience.
• 6 years of experience in IT change management, release management, or technical project management.
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL and enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Expertise in evaluating network dependencies and rollback strategies.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of operational risk and regulatory control expectations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate complex IT change requests and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Drive the appropriate level of rigor based on technical complexity and potential impact
• Identify and resolve quality issues affecting IT service delivery
• Partner with subject matter experts to enhance process controls and integrate ITIL disciplines
• Anticipate and mitigate process control interactions and issues
• Serve as an escalation point for junior team members on complex issues
• Provide consultation on IT change and release management tools and processes
