Job summary

System One is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to work remotely in the United States. You will help build change management deliverables and contribute to Transformational Change capabilities across IT programs.

Join peers to lead change across the client’s business, driving measurable outcomes through Change Strategy, Change Measurement, and Risk/Quality Management. 3+ years in change management and strong knowledge of technology-led change are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Change Management or related role.
• Experience delivering technology-led change and technology adoption.
• Knowledge of Agile IT project delivery and IT program governance.
• Understanding of IT management and delivery consequences and risks.

Responsibilities

• Build or help create change management deliverables to a business-ready standard.
• Collaborate to build Transformational Change capability across teams.
• Contribute to change workstreams for IT programs and projects.
• Partner with peers to lead change initiatives across the client’s business.
