Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management/client partner/engagement roles in IT/Tech.
• Experience in CRM with closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Research prospects to identify opportunities.
• Use proprietary sales tools to contact and convert leads.
• Email potential clients to establish rapport and set meetings.
• Phone outreach to generate qualified prospects.
• Develop and implement prospect strategies with teams.
• Coordinate with Sales Management and Marketing to ensure quality presentations.
• Provide solutions to boost revenue and profitability.
• Present, promote, and sell services to customers.
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships.
