Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Account Manager to build lasting client relationships, identify needs, and deliver compelling presentations on our services. You will negotiate and close deals while creating strategic Account Plans and reporting on revenue and headcount growth.

You will conduct market research to find upselling opportunities and explore new business paths through referrals and networking, driving revenue growth via relationship management and deal closure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management/client partner/engagement manager roles in IT/Tech.
• Experience in CRM with closing deals and developing long-term client relationships.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities through prospect research and market analysis.
• Contact prospects via email, phone, and meetings to generate qualified leads.
• Develop and implement prospect strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and Marketing to enhance presentations.
• Present and sell services, nurturing relationships to grow revenue.
