Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management/client partner/engagement manager roles in the IT/Tech industry.
• Experience in customer relationship management with closing deals and developing long-term relationships.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth research on prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
• Use proprietary sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients.
• Contact potential clients via email to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Reach out by phone and hold quality conversations to generate qualified prospects.
• Work collaboratively to develop and implement prospect strategies and plans.
• Work with Sales Management and Marketing to ensure quality and quantity of presentations.
• Provide solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.
• Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to customers.
