Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Account Manager to build lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth. You will identify needs, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate deals, and create strategic Account Plans. Travel and meetings will be part of driving client success.

You will leverage market research, client referrals, and cross-functional collaboration to grow revenue and headcount, with a strong focus on delivering value and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management/client partner/engagement manager roles in IT/Tech.
• Proven ability to close deals and develop long-term client relationships.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
• Use proprietary sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients.
• Contact potential clients via email to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Reach out by phone and hold quality conversations to generate qualified prospects.
• Develop and implement prospect strategies and plans with Sales Management and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compelling presentations and solutions for clients.
• Present, promote, and sell services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.
