Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide world-class hardware and software support to customers as part of the Global Technical Support organization. You will handle medium to high complexity issues, document solutions, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve the customer experience.

This remote role is open to candidates residing in Mexico, with relocation assistance not provided.

Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or other technical field.
1–3 years of experience in support, engineering, or other technical roles.

Responsibilities

Product Expertise: Become an expert on Samsara’s IoT product portfolio across hardware, software and cloud.
Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve medium to high complexity customer issues.
Responsiveness & Resolution: Meet SLA goals with timely, helpful responses.
Documentation: Create and maintain customer-facing knowledge base articles.
Partnerships: Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to reproduce bugs and build testbeds.
Feedback Loop: Provide direct input to Support Management for product/process improvements.
Team Player: Embody Samsara’s principles and collaborate across offices.
