Samsara is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our remote Northeast US team. You’ll bridge customers, product and engineering to design IoT-driven supply chain solutions, deliver demos, and build deployment plans.

Travel up to 50% and proximity to an international airport is preferred. You should have 2+ years in pre-sales or customer-facing roles and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Competenze

• BS in engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years in pre-sales or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with hardware/software product evaluations.

• Become expert on Samsara products and how IoT/AI can transform operations.
• Articulate to prospects how Samsara solutions solve industry challenges.
• Deliver demonstrations, value assessments, and proofs of concept.
• Guide deployment planning and installer onboarding for Samsara products.
• Write scripts against our open API and document them for peers.
• Engage accounts to enable deeper integration and upsell opportunities.
• Serve as a bridge between product and sales, feeding back customer needs.
