Samsara, a pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, is seeking a Sales Engineer in the Northeast US to help modernize critical industries through IoT solutions. You will develop deep product expertise, explain complex technology to non-technical customers, and design deployments including hardware installations and API integrations.

This remote role requires up to 50% travel and proximity to an international airport; you will collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer teams to craft

Competenze

• BS in a science or engineering field with strong technical foundation.
• Experience in pre-sales, customer success, or customer support roles.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience evaluating hardware and software products.

• Become an expert on Samsara products and how IoT, AI and cloud services meet customer needs.
• Present compelling demonstrations and value assessments to prospects.
• Lead deployments including hardware installation planning and API integrations.
• Collaborate with sales, product and services teams to craft deployment plans.

• Travel up to 50% to engage with customers and partners as needed.
