Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Sales Manager, International Solutions to drive new business and expand the international services portfolio, including ocean forwarding, NVOCC, import/export, and customs brokerage. This individual-contributor role targets growth across assigned geographies with a hunter mindset and close collaboration with pricing and operations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive B2B sales experience in international freight forwarding, NVOCC, or customs brokerage.
• Experience selling CHB and FCL ocean/NVOCC services is preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and profitability quota for Odyssey's international services portfolio (freight forwarding, NVOCC, import/export, CHB).
• Build and execute territory and account plans with targets for new logos and revenue.
• Generate and manage a healthy pipeline; maintain CRM data and forecast.
• Lead pricing discussions with Operations to ensure profitable rates and terms.
