Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is a global logistics partner focused on end-to-end supply chain solutions, including 3PL/4PL, multimodal transport, warehousing, and customs brokerage. The Sales Manager, International Solutions role targets new business and expands existing accounts across international services.

The position is remote with residency in the Midwest, Pacific Northwest, or Pacific Southwest; travel 30-40% is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in international freight forwarding, NVOCC, or customs brokerage.
• Experience selling CHB and FCL ocean/NVOCC services preferred.
• Ability to travel 30-40% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and profitability quota for international services portfolio.
• Build territory and account plans with targets for new logos and revenue.
• Generate and manage a healthy pipeline via prospecting, referrals, and events.
• Lead consultative sales from discovery through close and handoff.
• Develop pricing proposals in collaboration with Pricing, Procurement, and Operations.
