Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager, International Solutions to lead top strategic accounts and drive international freight forwarding, NVOCC, import/export, and CHB services. You will coach the International Solutions sales team and own executive client relationships.

The role reports to the SVP, Sales and requires travel 30-40% with a remote work model across the US. You will collaborate with pricing, operations, and other teams to deliver profitable, customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in international freight forwarding, NVOCC, and/or customs brokerage.
• 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, or managing sales professionals.
• Strong track record in growing net revenue and managing quotas.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship and net revenue growth for Odyssey's top ten strategic accounts.
• Build and execute strategic account plans with targets for revenue, gross profit, and lane expansion.
• Cross-sell international services across client portfolios and manage end-to-end solutions.
