Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager, International Solutions. This remote role requires residency in the Midwest, Pacific Northwest, or Pacific Southwest and involves managing top strategic accounts in international freight forwarding, NVOCC, and customs brokerage.

The role blends player-coach leadership with hands-on sales across executive-level client relationships, new lanes, and cross-selling of international services. Travel is 30-40% as needed.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in international freight forwarding, NVOCC, and/or customs brokerage.
• 3+ years leading, coaching, or managing sales professionals; player-coach experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, international trade, or related field.

Mansioni

• Own the relationship and net revenue growth for Odyssey's top ten strategic accounts.
• Drive new business through an established network and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data.
• Lead and coach the Sales Managers, International Solutions, and manage performance against quota.
• Contribute to international growth strategy by partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Operate in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
