Job summary

Odyssey Logistics seeks a Sr. Sales Manager, International Solutions to lead strategic accounts and grow the global freight forwarding and customs brokerage business. You will own executive relationships, expand lanes, and coach the International Solutions sales team.

Remote position—must reside in the Midwest, Pacific Northwest, or Pacific Southwest—with 30–40% travel. Work with Operations, Pricing, and other teams to deliver profitable, customer-centric logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B sales (international freight forwarder/NVOCC/CHB)
• 3+ years leading sales professionals
• Proven success with enterprise accounts and cross-selling
• Strong network of shipper relationships and industry contacts

Responsibilities

• Own top ten strategic accounts and net revenue growth.
• Develop strategic account plans with targets for net revenue and margin.
• Expand lanes and international services within each account.
• Cross-sell end-to-end capability (ocean, customs, intermodal, warehousing).
• Lead and coach the International Solutions sales team.
