Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking an Account Manager, International Solutions, to grow existing international customer accounts by cross-selling freight forwarding, NVOCC, import/export, and customs brokerage services. Remote role with travel within the Midwest, Pacific Northwest, or Pacific Southwest requires strong relationship-building and strategic account planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in B2B account management or sales for international freight forwarding/NVOCC/customs brokerage.
• Experience cross-selling services into an existing customer base preferred.
• Knowledge of CHB, FCL ocean shipping, and trade lanes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own net revenue and gross profit targets for assigned Odyssey International accounts.
• Build and execute account plans with targets for revenue and profitability.
• Perform whitespace analysis to identify unused services and trade lanes.
• Grow volume in FCL ocean, intra-Americas, Europe, and India trade lanes.
• Maintain pricing/margin discipline; qualify opportunities for profitability and fit.
• Cross-sell Odyssey's international services across current customers.
• Develop proposals, rate renewals, and RFP/RFQ responses with internal partners.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships with multiple stakeholders in accounts.
