Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Sales Manager for International Solutions, remote in the United States. You will own a revenue quota for international freight forwarding, NVOCC, and customs brokerage, while expanding opportunities with existing customers and new logos across ranges like FCL and Europe lanes.

You will lead consultative sales, build strategic plans, negotiate terms, and collaborate with pricing/operations to deliver profitable growth in a field-based, multi-market role.

Qualifications

• Progressive B2B sales experience in international freight forwarding, NVOCC, or customs brokerage.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of opening and growing accounts.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and profitability quota for international services via new logos and existing accounts.
• Build territory plans with targets for new logos, revenue, gross profit and product mix.
• Generate and manage a healthy pipeline with active prospecting and accurate CRM data.
• Prioritize growth in FCL ocean, intra-Americas, and Europe trade lanes; manage pricing discipline.
• Expand relationships by cross-selling Odyssey services and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Lead a consultative sales process from discovery to close and handoff.
