Odyssey Logistics is seeking an Account Manager, International Solutions to grow and manage a portfolio of international accounts. The role focuses on cross-selling freight forwarding, NVOCC, import/export, and customs brokerage services while developing long-term customer relationships.

You will work with Odyssey operations, pricing, and procurement to deliver solutions, maintain pricing discipline, and expand opportunities across regions. Must be willing to travel as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B account management or sales in international freight or CHB services.
• Experience cross-selling services into existing accounts preferred.
• Knowledge of containerized ocean freight, NVOCC, import/export, and customs brokerage helpful.

Responsabilités

• Own net revenue and gross profit targets for assigned Odyssey International accounts.
• Develop account plans with targets for revenue, profit, and service mix.
• Cross-sell Odyssey international services to existing customers.
• Lead regular business reviews and manage customer relationships across stakeholders.
• Prepare tailored proposals, rate renewals, and RFQ responses with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure service quality and retention.
