Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Sales Manager, International Solutions to drive growth in freight forwarding, NVOCC, and customs brokerage across assigned regions. This individual-contributor role focuses on winning new business and expanding relationships with existing clients.

The position requires at least 5 years in international B2B sales and a proven hunter mindset. Remote work is available for candidates in the Midwest, Pacific Northwest, or Pacific Southwest, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B sales in international freight forwarding, NVOCC, or customs brokerage.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in international logistics.
• Experience selling CHB and FCL ocean/ocean freight; knowledge of trade lanes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and profitability quota for Odyssey's international services portfolio.
• Build and execute territory and account plan with clear targets for new logos and revenue.
• Generate and manage a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting and CRM updates.
• Lead consultative, solution-oriented sales processes from discovery to close and handoff.
• Develop tailored proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and presentations for clients.
