Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Sales Manager, International Solutions to drive growth of our international services portfolio—freight forwarding, NVOCC, import/export, and customs brokerage—across top strategic accounts while coaching the International Solutions sales team.

You will own executive relationships, expand net revenue through new lanes, and cross-sell across client portfolios. Travel and remote leadership are required in the Americas region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B sales with quotas in international freight forwarding or related fields.
• ~3+ years leading, coaching, or managing sales professionals; enterprise accounts experience.
• Established network of shipper relationships to generate new business.
• Background selling to chemicals shippers is preferred; Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, international trade, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of ocean freight, NVOCC operations, import/export docs, Incoterms, and profitability management.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop others; manage performance vs. quota.
• CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office proficiency; disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customers, prospects, and Odyssey locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship and net revenue growth for Odyssey's top ten strategic accounts.
• Build and execute strategic account plans with clear targets for revenue, gross profit, and service mix.
• Expand revenue by developing new trade lanes and international services.
• Cross-sell international services across clients' portfolios; align end-to-end capabilities as differentiators.
• Maintain trusted-advisor relationships with customer executives and ensure pricing discipline.
• Leverage industry relationships and events to open new accounts and opportunities.
• Own personal revenue quota in addition to team targets; maintain pipeline and forecast in CRM.
• Lead consultative sales process including RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
• Lead and coach the International Solutions sales team; conduct regular reviews and development.
