Job summary

Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking an Account Manager, International Solutions to grow our existing international customer accounts. You will focus on cross-selling freight forwarding, NVOCC, import/export, and customs brokerage, while developing long-term relationships across industries.

Remote work is possible within the Midwest, Pacific Northwest, or Pacific Southwest with 30-40% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B account management or sales experience in international freight forwarding, NVOCC, or customs brokerage.
• Experience cross-selling services into existing customer base preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own net revenue and gross profit targets for assigned Odyssey International accounts.
• Cross-sell Odyssey International services to current customers.
• Develop and manage customer relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and other Odyssey teams to leverage opportunities.
