Job summary

ALS Recruiting Ltd is seeking an International Business Development Manager for Freight & Logistics to drive intentional international expansion. This fully remote role in the United States offers an ambitious base plus commission structure with OTE over $300K+ and room to grow within a fast‑moving global team.

You will win new clients and expand existing accounts through strategic, face‑to‑face sales, build relationships by understanding client needs and industry trends, and push profitability

Qualifications

3–5 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding, including field sales or operational experience.
Deep knowledge of international freight (import/export) and consolidation.
Strong hunter mentality, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
Entrepreneurial mindset with integrity, work ethic, and creativity.
Willingness to travel and fluency in English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

Win new clients and grow existing accounts through strategic, face-to-face sales.
Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and industry trends.
Drive gross profit, market share, and client retention.
Execute innovative sales strategies to exceed ambitious targets.
