Job summary

ALS Recruiting Ltd. is seeking an International Business Development Manager to drive growth in the USA freight forwarding market. You will hunt new clients, expand existing relationships and coordinate with internal teams to deliver multi-national solutions.

The role is fully remote in the United States with a base salary range of $55k–$150k plus commission; experience in logistics and strong negotiation skills are essential to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

Win, retain and develop customers through hunting activity by actively setting appointments for face-to-face meetings and following the inside sales schedule.
Build rapport and trust with customers by understanding their business and market, collaborating with Product teams and other sales channels.
Increase gross profit and market share while building ongoing relationships with new customers.
Monitor offers and client development, and execute strategic sales in line with the growth plan.
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
