ALS Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager for a leading freight company. The role focuses on growing domestic and international freight revenue by developing new business and strengthening client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of logistics and the freight forwarding market, with proven experience in Freight or Logistics, and will operate in a remote working setup with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in Freight OR Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business in line with targets via cold calling.
• Develop and sell forwarding solutions with customers.
• Manage the end-to-end handling of customer enquiries.
• Identify and report growth opportunities via new customers and routes.
