Job summary

Constructor is seeking an Integration Engineer to support customers integrating their e-commerce sites with our AI-first search platform. You will guide implementation, educate on APIs, and troubleshoot integration issues in collaboration with Customer Success.

Responsibilities include onboarding, catalog configuration, and improving documentation to streamline customer experience. This is a fully remote role with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
• Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding support—collaborating with customers to understand their integration needs and assist them through the process.
• API and library education—guiding customers on integrating with Constructor's APIs and open source libraries.
• Troubleshooting—resolving technical challenges with Customer Success teams.
• Index configuration—ensuring catalogs are configured, including uploading data, facets, searchability, sort orders, and results retrieval.
• Communication—acting as a liaison between customers and technical resources, providing clear responses.
• Process improvement—documenting interactions, issues, and solutions, improving onboarding and docs.
