Job summary

Constructor is seeking an Integration Engineer to improve the ecommerce experience for customers by assisting with integration of websites and mobile apps to Constructor’s platform. You will provide onboarding support, API education, and troubleshooting to ensure successful catalog integration and search configuration.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams, documenting common issues and refining the onboarding process while working remotely with a global team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of REST-based web services and APIs.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to strong customer support.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding support—help customers integrate with Constructor.
• API and library education—guide customers on using Constructor APIs.
• Troubleshooting—resolve integration issues with customer success teams.
• Index configuration—assist customers with catalogs, facets, and sort orders.
• Communication—act as liaison between customers and technical resources.
• Process improvement—document common issues and improve onboarding materials.
