Vynca Inc. is seeking an Intake Coordinator to support ECM Sales/Marketing and Clinical Outreach by enrolling patients into our programs.

This 1099 contract role focuses on intake, insurance checks, and cross-functional collaboration with care teams to ensure smooth enrollment for patients and families. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years in intake or admissions, CMA/CCMA certification, strong communication, and comfort working remotely with a quiet workspace.

Competenze

Minimum of 2 years of intake/admission experience in high-call-volume settings.
CMA/CCMA certificate issued by a recognized body.
Experience in remote roles with a quiet, secure workspace.
2+ years in palliative care/home health/hospice or discharge planning preferred.
2+ years working with large safety net hospitals in the region preferred.
Willing to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific Time, with possible evenings and weekends.

Mansioni

Facilitates intake, admission, and outreach as needed for incoming patients.
Performs ongoing assessment of patient status in admission.
Maintains databases, logs, census sheets, and contact lists.
Completes insurance eligibility checks and assigns clients to the Clinical Outreach Specialist.
Collaborates with sales, outreach, care delivery and RCM to streamline enrollment.
Documents all enrollment interactions in the operating system.
Participates in staff, census, and other meetings.
Attends weekly Outreach Team meetings.
Aims to meet or exceed departmental KPIs.
Responds to incoming calls and emails.
