Job summary

Vynca is seeking an Intake Coordinator contractor to support ECM Sales/Marketing and Clinical Outreach. The role focuses on enrolling patients in programs, building positive relationships with teams and families, and assisting in outreach efforts.

A strong emphasis on clinical language fluency and organizational skills is required. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in intake/admission in healthcare, CMA/CCMA certification, and experience working remotely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years intake/admission experience in high-call-volume settings.
• Remote-work capability with a quiet, secure workspace.
• 2+ years in palliative care/home health/hospice or discharge planning.
• Experience with large safety-net hospitals preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate intake, admission, and assist with outreach as needed.
• Assess patient status during admission and maintain documentation.
• Maintain databases, logs, census sheets, and contact lists.
• Complete insurance eligibility checks and coordinate with Clinical Outreach Specialist.
• Collaborate across sales, outreach, care delivery, and RCM to streamline enrollment.
