Vynca Inc. seeks an Intake Coordinator to help enroll patients in our programs and support ECM Sales/Marketing and Clinical Outreach teams. You will build positive relationships with patients, families, and internal teams to streamline the enrollment process.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in intake within healthcare, is personable on calls, and proficient with medical charts. This is a 1099 contract with potential for full-time conversion, primarily remote across listed states.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of intake/admission experience in a high call volume environment.
• CMA/CCMA certificate issued by a recognized group.
• Remote role experience with a quiet, secure workspace for member privacy.
• 2+ years in palliative care, home health, hospice, or discharge planning.
• 2+ years with large safety net hospitals in the region (preferred).
• Available Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm Pacific Time; evenings/weekends possible.
• Strong cultural competency with the target population.
• Training in clinical settings or related医疗language encouraged.
• English/Spanish bilingual is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates intake, admission, and outreach for incoming patients.
• Provides ongoing assessment of patient status during admission.
• Maintains databases, logs, census sheets, and contact lists.
• Performs insurance eligibility checks and assigns to Outreach Specialist.
• Collaborates across sales, outreach, care delivery and RCM to enable enrollment.
• Documents enrollment interactions in the operating system.
• Participates in staff and census meetings; attends weekly Outreach Team meetings.
• Strives to meet or exceed departmental KPIs.
• Responds to incoming calls and emails.
