Job summary

Vynca Inc. is seeking an Intake Coordinator to assist ECM Sales/Marketing and Clinical Outreach teams in enrolling patients into our programs. The role focuses on building positive relationships with teams, patients, and families to streamline enrollment and education about offerings.

Prior healthcare experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on privacy and quality patient service. The position is a 1099 contract with potential conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of intake/admission experience in high call volume environments.
• CMA/CCMA certificate issued by a recognized group required.
• Remote work capability with a quiet, secure workspace for privacy.
• Experience in palliative care, home health, hospice, or discharge planning preferred.
• Experience with one or more large safety net hospitals preferred.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific Time, with possible evenings/weekends.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates intake, admission, and outreach as needed for new patients.
• Performs insurance eligibility checks and assigns clients to specialists.
• Maintains databases, logs, census sheets, and contact lists.
• Documents interactions in the enrollment system and ERP tools.
• Collaborates with sales, outreach, care delivery, and RCM teams.
• Responds to calls and emails; participates in staff meetings and KPIs.
