Job summary

Vynca Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to support ECM Sales/Marketing and Clinical Outreach Specialists in enrolling patients into our programs. This 1099 contract role requires strong communication, medical chart review skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Experience in healthcare and a bilingual English/Spanish ability are highly preferred. The ideal candidate will assist in outreach, manage enrollment processes, and coordinate with multiple teams while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of intake/admission experience in a high call volume environment.
• CMA/CCMA certification issued by a recognized group.
• Remote role experience with a quiet, secure workspace.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates intake, admission, and can assist with outreach for incoming patients.
• Maintains databases, logs, census sheets, updates resource lists and schedules.
• Conducts insurance eligibility checks and assigns clients to the Clinical Outreach Specialist.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to facilitate enrollment workflow.
• Documents enrollment interactions in the operating system.
• Participates in staff, census and other meetings.
• Conducts weekly meetings with Outreach Team and others.
• Meets or exceeds departmental KPIs.
• Answers incoming calls and emails.
