Vynca Inc. is seeking an Intake Coordinator to support ECM Sales/Marketing and Clinical Outreach Specialists in enrolling patients into our programs.

This 1099 contract role asks for strong communication, organization, and clinical language fluency; remote work with a focus on privacy and reliability. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in intake/admission in healthcare, CMA/CCMA certification, and comfort with Google Suite and Salesforce.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of intake/admission experience in a high call volume environment.
• CMA/CCMA certificate issued by a recognized group.
• Prior experience in a remote role and a quiet workspace to protect patient privacy.
• 2+ years of experience in palliative care, home health, hospice, or discharge planning.
• 2+ years of experience with large safety net hospitals in the region (preferred).
• Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm Pacific Time, with possible evenings/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate intake, admission, and assist with outreach for incoming patients.
• Provide accurate ongoing assessment of patient status in admission.
• Maintain databases, logs, census sheets, resource lists, schedules and other dept. info sheets.
• Complete insurance eligibility checks and assign clients to the Clinical Outreach Specialist.
• Collaborate across sales, outreach, care delivery, and RCM to enable enrollment workflow.
• Document all interactions in the operating system; participate in staff and census meetings.
• Attend weekly Outreach Team meetings and other department discussions.
• Meet or exceed departmental KPIs and assist with other duties as needed.
• Answer incoming calls and emails.
