Vynca Inc. is seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our care-focused team supporting ECM Sales/Marketing and Clinical Outreach Specialists. This contract role focuses on organizing and enrolling patients, building strong relationships with teams and families, and ensuring smooth intake workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of intake/admission experience in a high call volume environment.
• CMA/CCMA certificate issued by a recognized group.
• Remote work readiness with a quiet, secure workspace.
• 2+ years in palliative care, home health, hospice, or discharge planning.
• Experience with large safety net hospitals preferred.
• Able to work Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm Pacific Time, with possible evenings/weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; proficient computer skills including Google Suite and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates intake, admission, and outreach as needed for incoming patients.
• Performs insurance eligibility checks and assigns clients to specialists.
• Maintains databases, logs, census sheets, and contact lists.
• Documents interactions in the enrollment system and participates in meetings.
• Supports cross-functional enrollment workflow with sales, outreach, care delivery, and billing.
• Responds to calls and emails; meets departmental KPIs.
