Vynca Inc. is seeking an Intake Coordinator to support ECM Sales/Marketing and Clinical Outreach Specialists in enrolling patients into our programs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to review medical charts while maintaining patient privacy. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in intake or admission, experience in palliative care or discharge planning, and is comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of intake or admission experience in a high call volume environment.
• CMA/CCMA certificate issued by a recognized group.
• Prior experience in a remote role, with a quiet, secure workspace to ensure client privacy.
• 2+ years of experience in palliative care, home health, hospice, or hospital discharge planning or case management.
• 2+ years of experience with large safety net hospitals in the region (preferred).
• Willing to work Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm Pacific Time, with potential evenings/weekends.
• Strong understanding of cultural competency with the target population.
• Medical or business office education or training desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• General computer skills; comfortable with Google Suite and Salesforce.
• Experience training alongside social workers, nurses, or medical staff to fluency in clinical language.
• Project development skills and ability to work independently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (highly preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates intake, admission, and can assist with outreach for incoming patients.
• Provides accurate assessment of patient status in admission.
• Maintains databases, logs, census sheets, and resource lists.
• Performs insurance eligibility checks and assigns clients to Clinical Outreach Specialist.
• Collaborates with sales, outreach, care delivery, and RCM to support enrollment workflow.
• Documents all interactions in the operating system.
• Participates in staff and census meetings; weekly Outreach Team meetings.
• Meets or exceeds departmental KPIs and other duties as needed.
• Answers incoming calls and emails.
