Job summary

Vynca Inc. is seeking an Intake Coordinator to support ECM Sales/Marketing and Clinical Outreach by organizing and enrolling patients in our programs.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and ensuring privacy in a remote-friendly environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of intake experience, CMA/CCMA certification, and familiarity with palliative/home health settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of intake/admission experience in a high call volume environment.
• CMA/CCMA certificate issued by a recognized group.
• Experience in remote work with a quiet, secure workspace for privacy.
• 2+ years in palliative care, home health, hospice, or discharge planning.
• 2+ years working with safety net hospitals in the region (preferred).
• Willing to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm PT, possible evenings/weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates intake and admission for incoming patients and assists with outreach as needed.
• Provides ongoing assessment of patient status in admission processes.
• Maintains databases, logs, census sheets, and contact lists.
• Performs insurance eligibility checks and assigns clients to Clinical Outreach Specialist.
• Works cross-functionally with Sales, Outreach, Care Delivery, and RCM to enable enrollment.
• Documents all enrollment interactions in the operating system; participates in meetings.
• Meets department KPIs and supports organizational needs.
