Job summary

Float Health is hiring a remote Intake Specialist in the US to coordinate start-of-care visits for patients. You’ll act as a liaison between pharmacies, nurses, and patients, using Zendesk, Google Suite, and Slack to ensure timely staffing and care delivery.

The role emphasizes fast, accurate communication, strong organization, and proactive problem solving. It’s a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with weekend availability and PST hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with medical scheduling.
• Ability to use multiple technology platforms simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start of care visits using the Float Health platform and tools.
• Match nurses to patients and manage offers to ensure fair rates.
• Onboard patients and confirm logistics for home visits.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, chat, and SMS.
• Collaborate with internal teams in shared queues and Slack.
