Job summary

Float Health is seeking an Intake Specialist to manage new patient referrals and coordinate start-of-care visits. You will liaison between specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, using Zendesk, Google Suite, and Slack to ensure smooth coordination and accurate visit documentation.

This fully remote role in the US requires exceptional communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating patient referrals and start-of-care visits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask across platforms in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start of care visits using the Float Health platform and tools.
• Match nurses to patients and onboard patients to Float Health.
• Communicate with pharmacies, nurses, and patients via email, phone, chat, and SMS.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and contribute to workflow improvements.
• Provide feedback to improve technology and processes.
