Job summary

Float Health in the United States is seeking an Intake Specialist to manage new patient referrals and coordinate start-of-care visits from a fully remote location. This role emphasizes fast, accurate communication and coordination to ensure timely patient care.

You will liaise with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients using Zendesk, Google Suite, and Slack to coordinate staffing, document visits, and deliver a seamless patient experience. Weekend availability and PST hours are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical scheduling and coordinating care workflows.
• Comfort using Zendesk, Google Suite and Slack for cross-functional communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with patients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start of care visits and manage patient referrals.
• Match nurses to patients and onboard patients to Float Health.
• Ensure timely scheduling and logistics for home visits.
• Communicate with pharmacies, nurses, and patients via multiple channels.
• Support documentation and feedback to improve processes.
